Personal Information

The privacy of our customers’ information is treated very seriously at Tuned Up Productions. We ensure that all information is held in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any information that is passed to us is used solely for our own purposes and is never shared with any third party companies.

All payments to Tuned Up Productions are handled securely by PayPal and we never see any customer’s card or account details.

Email

Entering an email address into our sign up form means that you are opting in to receive emails detailing new tracks that we upload. You will never receive 'spam' emails from Tuned Up Productions.

If you wish to be removed from our mailing list then please email us with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line and we will do this for you.

Disclaimers

Tuned Up Productions cannot be held responsible for damage to any equipment, hardware or software arising from the use of any sounds or any type of data files downloaded from the Tuned Up Productions web site.

Playing sounds at excessive volumes may cause damage to hearing. Tuned Up Productions cannot be held responsible for any such injury or damage resulting from sounds downloaded from the Tuned Up Productions web site.

Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to ensure all our files are virus free, Tuned Up Productions recommends that customers run a virus scan on all files downloaded onto their computers.

There are links to other web sites from the Tuned Up Productions web site. These sites are not controlled by Tuned Up Productions and as such we take no responsibility for the content or any damage that may result in viewing these web sites. We do of course screen every web site that we provide a link to but we only do that on submission of the link.
